Not sure what kind of high school you attend (traditional, vocational, etc), but the best thing you can do right now is just to get good grades in all of your high school courses. This will enable you to get into a good fashion school, which is where your specified traning will start. If possible, you need to apply to FIDM (Los Angeles), Parsons (NYC), etc -- all of the major top fashion schools in large cities.
Going to school in a city where the fashion industry has a major presence will give you a huge step ahead -- get an internship, network, etc...
Getting a degree from a traditional university then moving is fine too but will not get you in as quickly.
