Vamps of Italian Silent Film . . .

If I didn’t already have a Halloween costume in mind I think I’d go as an Italian silent film vamp, even though I’ve never seen an Italian silent film in my life and would do a horrible job of explaining my costume to people when they asked what on earth I was supposed to be.  I think I’d just want an excuse to dress up half glamorous/half creepy, to frizz out my hair and carry bouquets of dead flowers . . .
