What Kind Of Tampon Gives The Best Protection Against Leaks?

I am an avid horse back rider and eventer. I have used both pads and tampons and both at the same time. I have found that Playtex sports offer the most protection, but not enough. I have tried Kotex, Tampax, and Playtex. How are OB’s? I would love a tampon that fits to my body.
