I love fashion so much. What do I do to improve my knowledge of fashion throughout my teenage years?

I love couture items, and practical, high fashion items. I do hope to have a career in the fashion industry other than designing and modeling. Any advice or ideas? Or maybe a book that’s good to extend my knowledge about fashion? Anything would help. Thank you so much! I appreciate the time you have that you can answer this question.
