How Long After Oralsurgery Can I Start Smoking Cigarettes Again?

I have an expander in my mouth w/ a keyhole in which i have been turning to expand the upper jaw so there could be a gap in between my bunny tooth. I am wondering how long should i wait, its been 3-4 weeks since the operation and 2weeks since i have been turing the keyhole.
