How Does One Call The Hairstyle That Is In My Avatar?

On Yahoo Avatars it is called “long hair with flower”. Well the hair is obviously long, but that is too vague. I am asking because I am interested in getting this hairstyle in real life, and I do not want to print out the avatar and show it to the clothing store.
