What are Some Universities in the States for Fashion Designing, Merchandising, and Marketing?

i am only 13 and i live in canada, and i really want to go to university in the states, especially california and if not new york. i have a passion for fashion and designing, and i really want to successfully run my own fashion business one day. i am planning ahead:)

What can you tell me about fashion journalism?

I would like to know:
-what it involves and what qualifications i need from school and university.
-An online website where i can read a fashion column or an example of what people who are fashion journalists write.
-Roughly the highest and lowest amount i would earn if i chose this career path.
-And do you have to know lots about fashion or can this be learnt as i qualify?

Because I am really into fashion, I even design most of my clothing.

what do you call to that kind of formal wear which is like a suit without sleeves and colar… It is wear over polo(longsleeves) and now, even with t-shirts… and if that’s so… can i wear it with any color of polo like sky blue and other colors or just strictly white??? tnx^^
